1 water pump as a general machinery in the water supply project, consumes a lot of energy, electricity consumption accounts for more than 60% of the cost of water, in our country, the annual electricity consumption of water pump accounts for about 21% of total energy consumption. In order to save energy and reduce consumption, it is necessary to take measures to adapt to the change of load. This paper introduces a kind of variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply system.The system according to the network instantaneous pressure changes, automatically adjust the speed of a pump and multi pump input and exit, the outlet end of the trunk pipeline network to maintain a constant set pressure value, and meet the traffic needs of users, the best state of the whole system is to maintain high efficiency and energy saving.

2 main performance and features of the system

(1) can realize the constant pressure variable, constant pressure variable control mode, a variety of on-off control mode, setting pressure accuracy less than 1%;

(2) the frequency converter for motor soft start soft stop, reduce equipment loss, prolong motor life

(3) with automatic, manual and remote operation function;

(4) intelligent control, can modify the parameters of arbitrary instructions (such as the pressure set value, control sequence, control the number of motor, the upper and lower limits of pressure, PID value, acceleration and deceleration time, etc.);
