Check points:

1 heavy load start and acceleration time is short;

2 load light, check parameter settings;

3 is there an output short circuit;

4 the load is changing rapidly, the motor is locked;

5 the grid voltage is low, the power grid voltage sags;

6 is the use of DC braking, DC brake cut frequency;

Treatment method:

1 extend the acceleration time, switch to vector control mode, the use of large file converter;

2.VF control: reduce the VF curve, reduce the torque value;

Vector control: set the correct motor parameters to reduce load compensation;

3 confirm whether the wiring is normal, the output line is bad insulation;

4 eliminate load changes;

5 to ensure that the power grid to normal or reduce load, confirm the existence of high power equipment around the sudden start;

6 reduce the DC braking and reduce the DC braking frequency;
