Check points:
1 check whether the mechanical load card dead;
2 if the load is not heavy, check the parameter settings;
3 check the inverter capacity is appropriate;
Treatment method:
1 improve mechanical structure;
2 VF control: reduce the VF curve, reduce the torque value;
Vector control: set the correct motor parameters, self-learning operation;
Check whether torque type is set correctly;
3 increase the inverter capacity.
