Output phase failure

Main cause：
1 motor line is not normal access;
2 motor three-phase unbalance;
3 acceleration and deceleration time is too short
Resolvent：
1 check whether the motor line at the end of the joint is intact, check whether the motor line open circuit, depending on the situation of re wiring or replacement of cable;
2 the use of micro ohm meter to measure the motor three-phase resistance is consistent, if not consistent, replacement or repair of motor;
3 extend the deceleration time appropriately
